This lovely new studio is perfect for two guests. Located in a modern building with covered parking, it sits between two ski lift stations — both just a short walk away. The apartment is ideally situated in a charming ski resort town Les Houches near Chamonix, with local food shops, restaurants, and ski rentals all within walking distance.
Enjoy the private terrace with a small table and chairs, where you can relax and take in the beautiful mountain views. The studio is bright, modern, and designed for comfort — an ideal base for a mountain getaway, both in winter and summer.

The entire apartment is at your exclusive use. As well as a private garage, ski and bike storage, gym and laundry room.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No Pets: For hygiene and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels down after 10 pm. Loud parties are not permitted.
Waste Disposal: Please dispose of waste in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged.
Respect for Neighbours: Please be respectful of your neighbours and their privacy.
Damage: Please report any damages immediately. Any undeclared damage may be charged.
No Ski Boots: Please remove your ski boots before entering the apartment.
Cleanliness: Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. Leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, including doing the dishes and removing bed linens. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive dirt.
Checkout: Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Please inform us in advance if you need a late checkout.
Security: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.

Home rules
As a traveler, you are required to return the accommodation (and its contents) in the same condition as you found it on arrival (art 11.1 Airbnb). We therefore ask you to leave the accommodation clean when you leave, as if it were your own home: with no garbage, no dirty dishes, and with the furniture in its original place.
If the accommodation is left dirty, with unwashed dishes and/or garbage, we may ask you to pay for the extra cleaning time.
The cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning prior to your arrival, based on accommodation being left normally clean, and the supply of consumables.
